Good Software for unfolding ( TO MAKE THE 3D LETTERS)??????

Anyone know of a cheap and easy software that will unfold 3d letters, the I could fold back up and weld?

This font looks like a good starting place. The font is designed to be cut and folded, albeit originally intended for paper. You could just remove the tabs intended for overlapping and gluing

First question is what format are your 3D letters in.

Not sure what kind of format. I just could take a simple block txt and even could make that in 3d in Corel but need it to "unfold" to cut then could spot weld together.

I don't think Corel is actually 3d when it extrudes the letters, I think it's just 2D giving a 3D look.
