putting holes on a layer

I've been using the SC cutting rules with great results, BUT.
on every piece, i have to manually put the holes (or contour) on a separate layer, then assign an operation to each one.
Is there a quick way to do this?
Thanks.

I know there's the rule feature to: reduce speed and output codes on small circles, but i output codes at specific times on circles wich do not apply to contours.
