need help with Y

I've cut a bunch of these over the past 2 years. same file. never an issue. now the y in harley will not cut out completely. Any help would be appreciated

I took your drawing into Corel and closed all lines and then run thru Scam and it was closed and working nice on the Y.
I won't post the DXF because of the copyright.

I know I have this problem once in a while but have never figured out why it happens.

there is a break in the dxf mid-left-side of the Y

it's only .0012" across

Found it. thanks signtorch. Wonder why I never had that issue with it before? Usually them little dots will be bigger when there is an open profile
