what program is easiest to change colors on dxf

when I was going through some of my dxf files they were in yellow, very tough to see when your my age
what viewer would you suggest that might let me change the line color to black, right now I have started using irfan viewer, but cant seen to find anything about color changes

In Corel, just select the object and right-click a color swatch to change the outline to whatever color you want. If you want to change the entire drawing, press Ctrl-A to select all items, then right click a color swatch.

Thanks gamelord ,will look into that as I do not have software ,seems like corel is a common program that a lot of people use on this board.
