I notice that a number of people trace their pictures etc.
Can anyone tell me a good program(s) that are used for tracing?
Thanks
Tony

Re: Tracing Question
Thanks for the name of some programs for tracing.
I downloaded Inkscape and have be checking that over. I just want to check that the tracing is done using the 'Draw Freehand Lines' command, the icon is a pencil, by tracing around the design with this operation.
Would it also be the same type of command in Draftsight or any other program?
Thanks for the help, it is really appreciated

Re: Tracing Question
Hi Tony,
when I was where you are now, I checked out Coreldraw and Inkscape. One is $$$$ the other is free. At the time I decided on Coreldraw simply because of all the tutorials and training materials available.
Another thing is there are all sorts of macros / plug-ins available for Coreldraw that add extra features.
Just something else for you to consider.
Keith.
