I'd like to know this too. I had a customer request one of these made out of 1/4" steel and 3'x3'. (meaning the flared ends would be 40" wide). It's going to take about 1&1/2 sheets of steel and will weigh over 300lbs. They also want it all welded out, not pinned together. Based on the cut calculator, I'm looking at charging about $950.
Looks great. What gauge steel you use?ForceDesigns wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2019 10:16 am I know that this one has been remixed and such a lot, but figured I'd throw my version up here since it is a public file. I made it so that the grill grate could be added or removed after it had all been assembled. No bent sides. Wide enough to fit in a harbor freight brake for the grill grate. 3D modeled it in solidworks from the ground up with the original as just inspiration.
