What program do you suggest???
I am looking for a program to quickly design and cut lettering, signs, logos, etc. It needs to be user friendly and quick. I am currently using Pronest and I need something more efficient. Any help would be great!

What version of Pronest do you have? I'll trade straight across for Inkscape! Maybe CorelDraw! 8P

I like CorelDraw. You can pick up an older version (ver. X5, ver. X6 or ver X7) off of that one auction site pretty inexpensive (X8 is the latest ver.). There are tons of youtube videos that will teach you how to use it. You can also post up questions here.
Inkscape is very similar (as I have heard) and it is a free download.
Both of these will do everything you have listed and are pretty easy once you figure out the basics.
