Pen tool color

Post by trucks1948 »

How do is change the color on the pen tool so it will stay the same all through a trace? As soon as i don't have joined segments it reverts to black. Also how do i set the line thickness so it will stay where i want it.Same problem reverts to default thickness.I've looked ,but can't find where to reset them.I have Corel Draw x5,Thanks Jim

Just set an outline color or thickness or fill color with nothing selected.

A dialog will popup with checkboxes for which type of objects to apply the setting to.

Then that will be the current setting for those objects for that session.

To make the current settings permanent, hit save-settings-as-default in the tools menu.

Jim, what tracing pad are you using? Was it easy to set up with x5?

Thanks, Dawg
