I have a customer that is looking to give his wife something for her horse that she had to put down after 20 years. This is my first experience with a photo supplied by the customer. Can someone point me in the right direction? I currently use Corel draw for all my art. What tools do you guys use and how would you go about doing it?
Thanks for all the help!
Chris

Re: Help with a horse photo
If you have a look through the Corel forum in sofware here you should be able to find several that will help you.
This is one from there for starters http://www.plasmaspider.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=15394
Also if you follow along with these youtube tutorials by Steve Good you should be able to do just about anything you need to to create files in Corel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XU5IyrClxiM

Re: Help with a horse photo
I use Corel Draw for making files. You are going to want to import the picture then add a layer. Then grab either your bezier tool or b-spline tool. Start drawing with which ever one you go with. After you make your lines, either delete or hide the original photograph. Then look it all over and make sure the file will cut the way you want it to.
I think I made this file for you yesterday in the CNC FB group.

Now that I see the photo you added, you aren't the same guy. lol. Strange though, I had just clicked away from making the file for him and explaining how to do it and came here to see this one.
This should help you. Adjust for your cut size and table spacing.
