USING MACH 3 MILL PROFILE FOR PLASMA CUTTING

ANYONE USING MACH 3 MILLING PROFILE ( GOT IT FREE ) TO RUN A PLASMA CUTTER .I HAVE A HOMEBUILT CNC PLASMA CUTTING TABLE. NOT USING ANY THC ( FUTURE PLANS ) WILL JUST LIKE TO KNOW IF IT WILL WORK ...OR ANYONE USING IT

It will work as long as long as your CAM posts the right code.

I'm not sure what to post. If you're using SheetCAM there are a number of posts to choose from or you can edit one of them and create your own. Your CAM software has to produce the proper code for the Mach3 screenset and profile you have. Your Mach3 profile will have to be set up so M3 fires an output which would be connected to the torch on signal from the plasma.

THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT HELP PEOPLE .I GOT THE CORRECT POST .IM USING BOBCAD CAM V 24 / MACH 3
SO I GOT THE POST FROM THERE SITE
POST PROCESSOR = MACH 3 POST REV 2
WORKING GREAT NO PROBLEMS
