help ...very urgent

hi guys .
i have cut hundreds of plates since a got my plasmacam,
today when i complete cutting large plate using indexing , i found that the size not as the picture i need , the machine cut some paths in picture so they are shifted their position (the machine cut a bout 1 in down of the real position ) , i do not know software fault? , recoder fault ? , i have reinstalled the software more time, but the same issue ......any help will be appreciated.

Check for slippage on your belts and gears......You can find a whole section on this in the video manual....I had this happen to me and that is what the problem was. I replaced my gears and belt and all was fine in the world.

I have had thar same problem and shut down my system and let it reboot it worked fine for me .
