part is 4 times its size

I am very new and don't see a newby area...but have a quick question. I create my part in corel...then save as a dxf then open with sheetcam and do everything there and then I open with Mach 3... But when I go to cut it the part is coming out 4 times it's size??? Any help would be appreciated and will be glad to help out once I know What I'm doing...Lol...

I used shopdriods plates...then bought the cadcnc dragoncut controller with the 620 oz motors and built 4x4 table...I've done vinyl cutting for a while so I'm sure my core part is okay

Looks like I missunderstood the instructions and didnt realize that I haft to set the motors up...wont delete incase someone else new makes the same mistake
