Need help with tractor

I can not seem to figure out how to fix the file with my tractor sign. It appears to me that the silhouette of the tractor will be the only thing that will be cut out, and not the details of the tractor. If someone can help me with this I would greatly appreciate. Attached is the file which you are welcome to use.

Are you able to post the design in dxf?

Had a look in Corel at your design and it appeared to open up just fine, see image below. I re-saved it as a DXF from Corel for you to see if that opens up better for you.
