That is one I have not heard of before. What is your specific problem? Is it a software issue or hardware related - something like limit switches, proximity sensors, etc? Perhaps you could offer more specific details.

Still working on my used Messer table that I bought , Im having trouble believing my machine does not have THC.
Would anyone know where the delta arc voltage should be set or where I should be looking to turn it on?
It is a 2014 machine with OL200 lifters

OL200 lifter I believe is any Oxyfuel Lifter and was never designed to be used with arc voltage but rather something they call Sensomat-PAN or ALFA automatic height sensing which was an option on the Messer tables so not all tables would have come with it. You will likely have to buy an aftermarket THC for your plasma cutting process.

That is a magnetic break away torch mount, in the event of a collision it breaks loose and shuts down the machine travel. Looks like it is attached to a Hyperthem HyDef torch :Like :Like The lifter itself is probably a stand alone THC unit.

So do u think my THC should be working without buying anything additional?

I would expect a stand alone unit on that also. If it came set up with a high def plasma unit and not setup for oxyfuel I would expect to see a THC control unit somewhere. Maybe right at the plasma power source, should be pretty obvious though. Send some pics of all that you have.

Well guys , I figured it out !
If your interested , The reg voltage wires were crisscrossed on my 2 powersources . All I could say was, Holy crap.

Anyway, what's a good baseline to quote flamecutting . Im using propane for fuel.

Nice find! Glad you have it sorted out. Quoting can be tricky, many factors come into play like how much competition is in the area, what types of industries you will be serving, etc. For example a job shop may be reluctant to pay good money for a part to be cut however if you were cutting signage for someone they will be expecting a larger cost for the same amount of work and material. Just need to dive in, be sure your making what you need and feel out the market for a while.
