My customer went to a show that her boyfriend was entered in. It was her first introduction to the 'livestock world'.
She noticed that everyone had a sign hanging on the stall gate - except her BF. He was using a plain sheet of paper, handwritten.

Here's her gift to the BF, getting close to completion;

Powder coating in four colors is a PITA.

I did the masking thing on the long junctions, using a high-temp tape. It has to come off just after flow-out and that takes a lot of babysitting. At first, I did all the transitions but found that just using a wet finger will do just as well. Now, I cheat and just shoot the powder and use a damp cloth to remove the over spray, then switch to the damp finger or a damp Q-Tip for the places where the colors meet.

Glad makes a product called Press And Seal that I use to mask off large areas and it works pretty well.

The powders used on this piece have different temperature requirements that have to be taken into account, also. Each color has to be shot and cleared separately. It's very time consuming and I'll be charging a lot more if I get another request like this one. One bad coat and the whole thing needs to be stripped - ask me how I know. ;)

Thanks Joe.
The colors were her choice. And as a driving force behind powder365.com, she knows her colors!
I'd have chosen a lighter blue.
