Jack-O-Lantern

Post by tinshedfab »

Here are some great sellers for me. I cut them out of galvanized corrugated with a bit of rust to add the orange color. I hope that you can open them, enjoy!

I see you are using plasmacam. I have been wanting to try and cut corrugated steel. Would you be willing to share what speed and amp setting you use when you cut corrugated steel?
I tried one time a while back and I had the speed to fast and the height control could not keep up with the cut speed. I was then told to turn down the cut speed and the amperage but I have not tried again.
Thanks
Michael

MGardner,
I cut at 20amps and speed is 90. Depending on the condition of the material (we use all recycled) the speed may need to be lowered.
