Wiring install for a Hyper therm 65

I'm new to plasma spider and was wondering if someone could answer my question. I see that this is a Great site for help so I figured I would ask.

I'm have an electrician wire up for a Hypertherm 65. He's my son in-law and he asked me to supply the components. What I need to know is what is the plug and outlet configuration for the 65 for single phase.

I was going to wire it to a shutoff also. Any thoughts would be appreciated. There was another post for a similar question but I need a little more so I posted this.

Home depot has Receptacles for welders either in box or wall mount and your manual has connection info for single phase wiring. Some are using remote on/off boxes or just the breaker in the main box. A remote box is better as you can locate it near the location of the plasma unit.
