White = open path. (single line, or there's a broken segment somewhere)

It would cut, but there's a lot of weird stuff in there, especially in some of the lettering. It all shows up white because the lead-in is drawn in, and the path is broken where the lead-in is. If I were going to cut that, I'd probably go through and delete all the lead-ins, join the broken segments, and fix the weird lettering first. Time-consuming and tedious, but it would let you set up your cuts the normal way. :)

That looks like it would cut nicely. If you set your operation up as an outside offset, it will by default use no offset on the open path at the top, and shouldn't apply a lead-in to that one either. It will just cut directly on that line, then move the the outside of the stocking. You'll likely see a little hole at the beginning of the cut from the pierce, and the rest will be a single-kerf-width line.

so I don't have to worry about the white line ? it doesn't have to be yellow ?

It will cut, I cut free standing white lines all the time. Like lean said, it is the color for open path.. SC will asign it a start and not offset it.. You can change which end to start at if you prefer also..
