HELP NEEDED-Rectangle with Oval

Hello, I need a favor , I need a rectangle with an oval placed in it and a scene of something along the bottom ( your choice) to make an overlay for a photo rotation on a viewer, to show how color can change the look of a piece of artwork. I received from shopoutfitters their background photo's which are just fantastic , and want to run a simple slideshow with a black jpg of a scene overlaying the screen
