Not sure what you mean by explode?

No problem, only took less than 5 minutes. Autocadd, it has a explode feature. Just select and hit button.

Gamelord,

I Googled "explode" and here's a definition as applied to Autocad:

"The EXPLODE command allows you to change a grouped item into its individual elements so it can be edited."

So I guess it's similar to ungroup or even break apart in Coreldraw.

I have that command in draftsight. For some reason it won't work on some text. Thanks again

There are 2 types of explode in ACAD. The standard explode under the modify commands will not work on most text. You must use the text explode command under the express toolbar. After it explodes it into sub-blocks then the standard explode will work to do final cleanup.

Good old Google again.

First result after typing "drafsight explode text" and if you have Draftsight V1R3 or later there should be a command EXPLODETEXT.

Try that.

I am also familiar with textexplode in AutoCad, but for this instance regular explode worked first time.
