CADtool 5 loading problems

I purchased and installed Cadtool 5 on my computer. It ran great when I first installed it. I played around with it for a week or 2. Now that it has come time for me to actually use it, it will not work correctly. I open Corel like normal, then go to open the Macro and the icon at the bottom of the screen pops up, but the Macro does not "open". I tried contacting Macro Monster but have not gotten a response and there is no phone number. Anyone else have any ideas on what I can do? I would hate to have to purchase it again only to find out it does the same thing. Thanks in advance.
