Just curious, what is the next step-up from Mach 3 software.
Does it exist?
Who makes it?
What does it cost?
I'm sure Mach 3 is an excellent program, but it seems to require a lot of on the fly tweaking, adjusting, etc. . . to get it to work with plasma tables. I have seen the same thing with it being used with cnc router tables, but not quite as bad . . .This is only my impression . . . but I would like to know if something else exist.

Re: MACH 3's Equal . . .
if you read youre plasma cutter manual . and set youre metal cutting settings. I don't think you have to mess with mach to much. most of the problems ive herd about end up being air problem or worn consumables . I am new to this but I find mach pretty easy to use

I agree--after the initial setup, I've had zero problems with Mach3. It just works.

The next step up is an industrial controller...and it's a BIG step.

Agreed most of the mach issues after setup is a user thinking they can tweak it or update it.
