thc in mach3

Anybody has this happen?
Usually, everything works fine, but:
Running a plasma, the THC is blinking green, but doesnt move the Z axis during cutting.
Close, restart mach3, it runs fine.
Its a pain, cause i start a piece, and dont know if it works or not...
The voltage goes waaay out of parameters, and yes, i pressed enter after entering voltage.
Is there a trick, has anybody had that experience?

IF your upper fault limit is hit in the cut profile it will stop THC from moving.

So if it hits the lower or upper limit, it will stop THC and continue cutting?
If so, that could be it.

Yes........No, You can set it to stop on fault in the cut profile, raise head and other options.
