Abilene Font / font editor

I emailed the company that advertises on this site about the "10,000 fonts for $20" inquiring if their disc had the Abilene font, but didn't get a reply. I googled it and a "free fonts" site came up. I found another site that I could buy the font for $5. I have a version of Corel that has 500 fonts but no Abilene. Is there a "Font 101" training course here somewhere? I read on a post where someone said they customized Abilene to their own personal font.
How do I get there from here?

Sent it to you yesterday. Did you receive it? Also, you might look at "Desire". It's relatively new so let me kn ow if you'd like a copy of that as well.

Yes I received it, and thank you very much. I don't know if I have the skill to cut the desire font, but thanks anyway!
