Does anyone have a program that conforms the letters to the shape of the oval?I think design edge has a program .I have an
older Plasmacam program that doesn't do it.

Corel can do it. What font and font size is it and what are your oval dimensions?

Can you use the font that is above the oval? If not something close to it will do.

there are tutorials on how to do it if you have corel draw.
you make a oval and put youre letters on it take the oval away then place the words on youre object and weld them together.
not sure about actually doing it . I will try to find the link to the tutorial and post it

If you send me the .dxf file I will do it in Design Edge and send it back as a .dxf...then you can convert it to whatever format you want. It takes a couple of seconds in Design Edge (the latest PlasmaCam)

Jim you are killing me with this PlasmaCAM thing . . . . lol lol lol I am trying to resist . . .
I'm caught between TRACKER, DYNATORCH . . . trying to ignore Pcam as much as I can, but you do make it difficult . .
