Help-Design edge will not open on computer

Everything was working fine last week. Tried to open Design Edge on computer and keep getting Out of Memory. I called PlasmaCam and they said it is usually something wrong with the computer. And try to reinstall the program. I do not keep the internet hooked up to this computer. I hooked up the internet updated the malware ( no virius were found). My copy of Windows keeps giving me a message not genuine, but it has done that from day one.
I tried to up load the program agian, but I still not not get the program to pull up on the computer. I still get the message Out of Memory. I tried to take some of my files and put them on a external hard drive but still nothing.

Dan,
I have tried to contact Support, but can not get through. I have left a message. The biggest problem is that I am not at home where the machine is, I am at work. but if they can give me some options to try I will try them when I get home.
