machine torch actual location diff. than on computor

Replaced my hand held torch with a machine torch on a Plasma Cam DHC2 .Now actual torch location is diff. than what is shown on the computor. What do you guys do? make up new plate stops or?

Off the top of my head (can't look at the software now) - in "Settings", then "Machine settings", there are two data windows where you can input corrections for the torch offset in X and Y.

I called Plasma Cam they told me that that's why they don't recomend machine torches for there tables.

Jim,

Do you belong to the Plasmapig website that's for Pcam owners? I remember a post that addressed that problem. If my memory serves me correctly, there's a simple adjustment for that. We put a machine torch on ours but I just never bothered resetting it.
