I have a dxf file of a Horney Toad with alot of spikes around the body and does not cut well at around 3 inches long on 14 ga material, any one have any Horney Toads either in a dxf or a pcm format.............................. thanks in advance....................

that is the exact dxf i have and it does not cut well at around 3 to 6 inches. found it out while i was using it in a fire ring i was cutting. the spikes around the body is the problem for me and my machine using a miller 675 with the fine cut consumbales. thanks anyway loyd.

I cleaned up all the extra nodes on the toad. There were a lot of open nodes too, which might be the cause of your cutting problem.
