Graduation gift help PLEASE?-Girl with Sheep

I have a friend that has ask me if I can cut this pic in metal for her. She wants it for her daughter as a graduation gift this year. The girl in the pic shows sheep and the one in picture is her prize sheep. I did try to use a couple trace programs but got very poor results. I know it is because of the picture quality. She says it is the only image available and she does not have email so she sent it in a text. So yes the pic is crap and i see what is printed on it but I would like to help her out. Can anyone help? I just need a good to fair trace and i will clean it up. I can trace it by hand but it takes so much time and it dose edit very well. Thank you so much to anyone willing to help. Oh! Maybe I can make it a stickfigure. LOL!

She loves it! I will post a pic after i cut it and color it. may be a few weeks though she's not in big hurry yet and I'm swamped. Thank you for the help.
