wheel spacer

Hello im hoping someone can help me i need to build 2 wheel spacer for a old ford truck the inner circle is 5 inches and outer is 8.5 inches problem is i don't know what the 8 lug pattern is i don't have truck here right now to measure off. Any help would be great thanks Big sky custom panels

from what I found on the net its 8 on 6.5", hope this helps
