Could use some help-portuguese federation crest

Hello everyone, I have to cut out the portuguese federation crest for a customer and I'm having trouble figuring out how to make this cuttable without losing all the internals. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. I've attached the crest that I have traced and if anyone wants it help yourself. It's not perfect but neither am I

Ya Larry that is what I was considering doing, just thought maybe someone might have a creative idea, thanks

If u have a welder u could always layer it like I did with this one, in this post.... http://www.plasmaspider.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=7824. I had Gary from SignTorch draw it up.......it took some time after he got done with it before it was cut. I had a very picky customer since the original design came from her brothers tomb stone.

The other thing you could do is to separate the lines so that the pieces are not "cut out" but only cut around. Kind of like a drawing.

If you want to cut the pieces out then you would need to either attach them somehow like was mentioned above with studs/layers/tabs, or mount them to a base plate.
