Google winRAR. You can download it for free. rar is a compressed file format, like zip.

When you right click save to archive using RAR, if you click ZIP in the archive format box it will save it in a windows format that everyone uses. A lot of users don't have RAR.

Hello to all

Steelman sorry about that ,I have being using rar. file compression for a while and found that there is no data lost in the files.
The reason for this compression is that the file is 1.2 MB and is too big to post here in the forum.
Here is in a ZIP format .
