How to delete existing cut paths

I hope you don't mind me emailing you privately. But can you tell me how to get rid of existing cut paths in design edge? It seems to that my torch is cutting some paths 2-3 times.

View. Select. Check CUT PATHS box. Close. Delete.

I'm afraid there's a bit more to it than that. If you read the entire thread, you will better understand what his issues were with this file. It's not simply deleting the cut paths, that's only the first step.
