That is good to know! As of late I have only been adding tap water to my water table. It evaporates so fast that I don't need to worry about it going bad. From time to time - I do add some water soluble coolant with the thought that it will help to prevent rust or corrosion to my water tray - which is made from 11ga. steel.

And actually - since I have a combination water tray/draft system - for occasional cutting I will cut with no water and the draft system (exhaust system) is sufficient to remove most of the smoke.
