Here's what I cut then noticed it wasn't right and stopped. Humm, cant figure out how to attach the picture.

Click "Full Editor and Preview", then click on "Attachments", "Add files", and select your file from the pop-up box.
Then click "Place inline" and then either "Preview" or "Submit".
