Thanks Tom! I watched it and he has some good pointers on using the right mouse button shortcuts. I don't normally do it that way, as I am more used to using keyboard shortcuts similar to what I to with Design Edge. So in Fusion 360 - "C" for circle, "L" for line, "E" for extrude, etc. I developed a habit of doing it this way ever since I started using AutoCad 14 back in the late 90's. In fact, there is a whole list of custom short cut keys that we usually put into the AutoCad folder just for this purpose. It makes it very quick to use - once you get the hang of it.
