Lamp shade

Post by twicecustom »

I thought about making a lampshade for one of my desk lamps. The clipart is from Signtorch. I made it to fit the lamp with the stud sticking out the top.. When I got home, I realized all the lamps I have are the ones that clip to the bulb... I am going to put colored glass behind the scenes to fill it in. I took the picture with it sitting on one of my lamps just for the pic, and my phone takes such small pictures.

twicecustom,

Very nice lamp shade.
What kind of finish did you use on it?

Its just a rattle can finish, dark green for a base, then a heavy texture over that.
