Well after a few cuts in the mirror image, it was discovered my motors were going the wrong way. All my fault though. So here is my first official cut on my Torchmate 2 x 4 Water Table Hypertherm Powermax 45 and AVHC with the motors going the right way.
1.9mm thick galvanised plate 100ipm. No dross!!!!!
I have to say, I thought this would be a gigantic learning curve and that I would find it difficult to draw in Torchmate Cad but the webinars make life so much easier watching how its done. I assumed that using the machine would be a major hurdle but everything is pretty much easy. Ok, so I will have some fine tuning to do but if I can cut this piece then it can only get better.
Thank you to all the peoples who have uploaded files, I shall happily contribute as I progress along the plasma pathway!
Cheers everyone.

The hart definitely looks good. I have used it on many of my peaces. I don't remember who posted the original file but this file is one of my wife's favorite ones.
