lead in help
Can anyone point me in right direction for lead in offset. My lead in always cuts a little in to finish product. How can i adjust lead ins further away from Material i am Cutting? I use the outside offset but i always get a tiny half circle in my finish product.

Re: lead in help
Are you running SheetCam? Are you using the ARC lead in?

Re: lead in help
Perhaps you could change the angle of the lead in to attempt to mitigate the marking of your edge. This may also depend on the geometry of your lead in - straight line, arc, etc. Maybe show us an example of the part and the program your are using.

Re: lead in help
A lead in that is .015" is very short, less than the kerf width and you will likely not even notice you had a lead in. Are you sure it's not supposed to be .150"? That would be the minimum length I would use.
