Sheet cam not generating cut path

Sheet cam up until today has worked flawlessly for me. Now when I upload my cut file in to sheetcam, it does not generAte a cut path in Mach 3.... the code is all there, but no cut path. I have a licensed version I bought directly from sheet cam. Somebody please help me befor I go crazy.

I ran into this with Mach4. Somehow my material thickness got set to 0 in sheetcam when that occurred it would look proper in sheetcam but nothing would show up in Mach4. Check that first.
