Was cutting today and arc stopped, of course in the middle of a large piece. Anyway the Temp and Fault LED's blinking back and forth. Shut off Plasma and replaced consumables. Turn back on and same deal. Replaced everything on the torch, including the O-ring! Still no result.
I can plug in my hand torch and it works fine, so it has to be the machine torch, right?
TIA

Re: Hypertherm PM45 Issue
Just as a follow up. I went out today to take the plasma and torch off for a trip to the service center. Turned it on and all looks good. Did some test cutting and so far it seems fine. So, not sure what the issue was/is.

Re: Hypertherm PM45 Issue
At a guess, you exceeded the duty cycle for the 45XP and it shut down to protect itself.
