I have a need for a 3 dimensional Donald Trump head that I can TIG weld together similar to the picture above.

If anyone here has the skills, I will pay a premium including a rush charge.

Shane, there are some downloadable 3d paper masks on Etsy. I haven't looked at any of those files but you should be able to convert a PDF to DXF to tweak it into a weldable form. Some of them had a lot of polygons, may need simplifying. Search for "Trump paper pdf".

Has anyone used a program called pepakura to design projects or use the dxf files to cut with the plasma? if so can you change the "paper size" to a 4'x8'?

So has anyone used papertrophy for cnc plasma cutting tables? If so I have a question, without an engraver do you have any ideas to go about labeling the pieces and identifying whether the pieces are folded up or down. With an engraver, I think I would just ad a "V" on the center line of those that get bent up and call it done, but I can't think of a productive way to accomplish identifying the folds and part numbers.

There's a guy on Instagram that I think has been using something like this to create metal sculptures and he does amazing work. I see it as a way to get my welding students motivated enough to work on projects at home (doing the finishing)

I messaged him, but I think there is a communication issue. I looked into a program called pepakura but I'm pretty sure that no one here is using it.
