Login frustration

Once again, am I the only one having to continuously login every few minutes. 3 times in the last 2 minutes.

I stay logged in all the time, never log out, No problems, why log out ?

Seajinx, you're not the only one. When it does it to me, I just quietly fume for a little bit and then say the hell with it and go do something else.

If your being logged out automatically you need to clear your web browsers cookies and cache and then log in again and check the "Remember Me" box.

To do this press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on your keyboard and the Browsing History/Data box will appear. Depending on which web browser you use this box will look a little different. See image below showing the 3 major browser's used by our members, click on the image for a larger view if your eyes are getting old like mine. Copy the selections circled in red and click the Clear or Delete button at the bottom of the box.

Now you will need to log back into PlasmaSpider and we suggest you check the "Remember Me" checkbox when logging in. If problems persist please let me know and I will be happy to help.
