Ran into this lion while searching the sharing forums and I decided to change it to be a cutout so I could hang it. I broke apart the whiskers and converted them back to polylines and sheetcam is saying they're broken. Could someone please have a try at it or tell me what i"m doing wrong? Thanks.
Using QCAD and Sheetcam.

Re: Lion Cutout
Here you go Zache82, I also adjusted the nose area to join a couple "drop" areas. I think you may have cut problems as it is currently sized. I may be wrong but I would scale it up a bit.
Also just a quick shoutout to Compnerd88 who did a great job creating the original file.

Thank you, hemichargersrt8. Is there a general rule you follow to know when to increase or decrease to avoid cut problems? I've only been doing this a few months.

Re: Lion Cutout
Zache82, Ok, good question. My concerns where with the width of the long slender whiskers and lines above the eye brows. These thin areas may burn off when cutting as they are so narrow. I try to keep at least 2-3 times the width of the kerf(cut) width in these areas.
