Found a similar design via a google search, and spent a couple hours re-tracing the small, crummy image in Solidworks whilst changing and adding to the image to make it cut well on my machine. You can see where I cut out the tabs for hanging it on the wall before taking the picture. Then bent the flange on the bottom for the LED strip, and bent and welded on the tabs for hanging. Back from powdercoat after only 4hours!!!! Decided on "Satin Black" Finished product with lighting installed - Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to keep the led strip from coming back up? The adhesive on this cheap roll I got off of Ebay is GARBAGE. Can I use superglue or something similar? I'd appreciate any feedback! Thanks!
