I have some limited experience with 3d design for milling. I don't think there is any way to easily convert the files you have provided without redrawing them to be 3D in cad.

Where did you see the part? Do you have a perspective view or photo of the actual part with dimensions? Or a screen shot?
This looks like a rocker arm and mounting cradle.

Show me what you started with. I am very proficient at creating solid models with Fusion 360 and could certainly model this for you to produce stl files for 3D printing. Are you planning on machining these parts yourself, or sending them out? What specifically are they, and what material do you intend to machine them from?

I am very familiar with these sorts of parts and normally use MasterCAM to create the tool paths and associated g-code, which by the way is often times machine specific. My version of MasterCAM includes various post processors used to produce the g-code. In my case I have a Matsuura 510VF cnc machining center and Nakamura-Tome Slant 1 cnc turning center.

Looks like Crower style roller rockers. It also looks like you already have the parts machined, unless this is just a photo of someone else's project.
Again - show us what you started with and perhaps we can help you. I also sent you a PM.

Are the parts in the photos above your actual parts, or some you are trying to duplicate? Yes - I opened your dxf shown below and it does have dimensions. I assume the actual rocker arms are commercially available and are shown in your supplied drawing for reference only - and you are trying to duplicate the mounting/support cradle and retaining caps shown in the first two photos?

Is this your part or the one you are trying to duplicate?

If all the parts could be drawn that would be great, the rockers are the weak part and I’m looking to make solid ones if possible. Thanks

For both parts, it will be very helpful if you can provide drawing similar to these. Having the isometric view along with the views with dimensions will make these parts much simpler and quicker to model. I am not suggesting that you draw the isometric view, just supply photos showing the equivalent. For example, the photos you provided for the rocker arm are front view, side view, end view, etc. Take a few photos at angles so it appears as an isometric view. This make is much easier to visualize when modeling.

I used your supplied dxf file and imported directly into Fusion 360 and extruded to your thickness dimensions. I need more complete dimensions from you to complete the solid model.
