57 Bel Air 2 door file into a 4 door

I still haven't really figured out how to do much on this site yet. I saved a file of a 57 Chevy Bel-Air from here, however it is only a 2 door and I have someone who is wanting a 4 door version as that is what their husband has. I want to attach the file of the bel air I got from here and a picture of his car that she sent me if someone can teach me how. I'm hoping someone might be able to make the 2 door file into a 4 door without too much trouble?

Click Full Editor and preview at the bottom. There is a tab called attachments. You can upload the file there.

ok I hope this works. If it does then there is the original 57 Bel air file that I got from here as well as a picture of his 4 door model. Is anyone able to convert this file into a 4 door like her picture?

Here is one you can purchase for $4. It shouldn't be too much work to edit it for plasma cutting.
