Need help fixing this picture svg

I hired a company that advertises on Plasma Spider that sells art work thinking they would make this sign easier. This sign is for an 83 year old farming friend who lost his son in a car crash many years ago. I am trying to burn this sign out for him to display at his ranch before he passes. Also to give it to his two daughters. Can someone help me make this sign burnable I cannot and have been trying for 3 months.

Ok here is what I would suggest, I broke some of the elements away from the sign where I see problems. I would make this a multi layer sign to be able to reconnect all the parts. I used Inkscape to do this as shown but not complete, this was done in about 15 minutes. Most of the rest of the sign can be cut as either a part to attach to the background or as the background.

Yes sir when you have the image broken down into elements (paths) you can click on them and group them by holding down the shift key. When you have a group then click on edit and copy, then open a new Inkscape and paste them their. If you see some you missed just go back to the original hold the shift key down and add the lost ones, copy and paste again. Erase the other one. You can bounce back and forth between the different Inkscape page by looking at the task bar below and when the mouse goes over the Inkscape Icon it will show the different page just move the mouse to the one you want to open up.
