Trying to Find This Font

Post by HARJO »

Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking around here for a couple years; I've definitely learned A LOT from y'all. So thank you everyone who is a contributor here, truly.

So onto the main topic... I'm looking to see if anyone knows what this font is. I had a customer send me this pic, but I have had no luck in finding that particular font. Any help?

Thanks all!

there are sites that you can send a JPG image of the font to and they will sell it to you. But to get a true match you will need a better view of the font. try getting a straight on shot with a white background to clean up the image first.

Right... which is typically what I'd do. However this isn't my work piece, the pic was supplied by the customer and they want that exact font. I've been scrolling through fonts for more hours than I care to admit.

Just hoping someone recognizes it and could point out the name. I don't mind buying it if it's licensed.

I'm not sure if either of these will help but
1: Try dafont.com And see if you can find it
2: Try using this program, http://fontviewer.net/ it helps you see what you already have available (may help)
3: try one of these http://www.searchfreefonts.com/ http://fontzone.net/ http://www.azfonts.net/
http://www.fontspace.com/search/?q=Ink%20Burrna http://www.discoverfonts.com/ http://www.ffonts.net/
I hope some of this will help.

I was only talking about the image of the font, and nothing else, as that is what you asked for.

The closest I have is called Merienda. With a bit of tweaking, it looks close. Attached is a pdf and svg of the name.
When I have a customer that is specific about a font, I ask them to provide me the name of it. Usually when they
see the frustration of trying to find the exact one, they will settle for close.
