Is there someone out there that can make this a usable DXF?

Yes. It would be helpful if you would lay it out flat for your photo so it would be easier to trace. As is, an auto trace gives this result. Given some time, I could probably hand draw the letters and edit the coyote to widen it out. But I expect there is another member here who will want to do this for you. Let's see .

See if this will work for you. For plasma cutting, pay attention to the several islands that will fall out when cut. For a layered piece, or engraving/silk screening - this should work fine. If you wish to provide a photo of the shirt laying flat, then I could modify this so that the coyote is not so "thin".
